- Inside the college library, no one is allowed to bring bags, umbrellas, personal books, books from other libraries, printed materials, books with a previous issue date, or similar pieces of personal property.
- Students must always have their ID cards and library cards on them.
- Any misuse of library assets will be considered an important violation of discipline, and the defaulting student may face appropriate consequences.
- The library cards are not transferable and card must be shown at the issuing counter to obtain a book.
- Books returned beyond the due date will incur a late return fine.
- If a library card is lost, the library should be notified right away, and a duplicate card can be obtained by payment for a duplicate card.
- If any book/periodical is damaged or lost by the borrower he/she will have to replace it by a new book/periodical of the same or later edition.
- Discrepancies in the book—such as missing or torn-out pages—must be brought to the Dealing Assistant's attention at the time of issue; otherwise, the borrower will be liable for any damage or mutilation discovered upon returning the document back.
- Members are requested to stand in 'Queue' at Issue/Return Counter.
- No student may have more than one copy of the same book borrowed at a time.

Subject to no other user requesting them, users may also renew the books once more before the due date. The renewal will be allowed only one single time.
